October 26, 2014 - Weekend Update

The Prince Albert Police responded to approximately 293 calls for service from Friday 6:00 pm to Sunday at noon. A total of 45 persons were taken into police custody. 23 of those arrests were for being intoxicated in a public place. The majority of the calls were for intoxicated persons, disturbances and reports of loud parties.

The Prince Albert Police Service is reporting a steady weekend with 292 calls for service. There were 45 persons arrested with 23 people being arrested for intoxicated in public. The calls patrol members responded to the most were Intoxicated Persons (38) and Disturbances (37). Weekly Media Release - October 14, 2014

The Prince Albert Police Service report a fairly busy weekend with a total of 350 calls for service. There was a total of 53 arrests. 32 arrests were for public intoxication, 16 people arrested for having outstanding warrants. 5 people were remanded in custody over the weekend to appear in Provincial Court this morning facing a variety of charges including Impaired Driving and Breaches of Court Orders. 8 people were arrested and charged with Impaired Driving over the weekend.

A total of 49 arrests were made with 26 of those arrests were for being intoxicated in a public place.
