File 2023-11124 At approximately 6:45 a.m. on Monday, April 3, a member of the public contacted police regarding an injured deer in distress just past the area of 15th Street East and 15th Avenue East, within city limits. Upon arrival, officers located a young deer that was unable to walk due to severe leg injuries. Out of concern for its welfare, officers used a firearm to euthanize the deer that was in distress.
