I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our website. One of our goals and objectives for 2009 was to improve and upgrade our Police Service website. I hope you enjoy our website and that you take advantage of it to contact us.
Our Police Service has a long and proud heritage. The Service was founded in 1886 and has grown along with the City of Prince Albert. The Police Service has an authorized strength of 87 sworn members, 5 bylaw Special Constables and 28 civilian support staff.
We have community volunteers that work within our strong Victim Services component. These volunteers are deployed to assist victims of crime.
Our Service is proud to have a volunteer Chaplain. Reverend Sandy Scott provides services to victims as well as assisting our members in all areas of health and wellness.
The men and women working within the Prince Albert Police Service are diverse and are dedicated to professional quality service. Our personnel work diligently to make Prince Albert a safe place to live, work and do business.
We are proud that our culture and demographics reflect the community we serve. We are a Police Service that constantly looks for new ways and initiatives that leverage our goal of reducing crime.
Please browse our website and if you find an area that interests you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
