The Prince Albert Police Service would like to remind motorists that with school starting again next week (Monday, August 30^th), reduced speed limits in school zones will again be in effect, and will be strictly enforced. Maximum speed limits in posted school zones (on school days from 8:00am to 5:00pm) are 30 kilometers per hour.

 

Please help the PA Police keep our children safe, be extra cautious when driving and slow down in school zones. If you have children attending school, remind them to be extra careful when walking to and from school, when crossing streets, or when in passenger loading and unloading zones.

 

Returning to school is an exciting and busy time for kids, let’s all do our part to help keep them safe.
