The Prince Albert Police Service has reached a conclusion in the investigation into the sudden death of Mr. Frederic Floyd STARBLANKET. Mr. STARBLANKET was 40-years old when he was found deceased in the North Saskatchewan River on August 8th/2008.
Family members have been spoken to by investigators, and updated on our investigation. It has been determined that Mr. STARBLANKET died by drowning, and there was no indication of foul play. No further details will be released.
