Prince Albert Police Service over the weekend from 7:00p.m. Friday November 6th to 7:00a.m. Monday November 9th responded to 297 calls for service. Police arrested 26 people during this time. 15 were for being intoxicated in a public place.

Prince Albert Police Service Patrol Section along with the assistance of ISET members searched a premise in the 200 blk of 8th Street East on November 6th. Police seized approximately 2.3 lbs of marihuana with a street value of approximately $6,500.00.
Police have charged a 41 year old male from rural Prince Albert, a 52 year old Prince Albert resident and a 28 year old Prince Albert resident with Possession for the Purpose Sec 5.2 CDSA and Possession of Property Sec 354 (1) (a) CC. All will be appearing in provincial court on Tuesday November 10th at 1:30p.m.

Prince Albert Police advise the public with the Christmas Shopping season approaching DO NOT leave your packages in view in your vehicles. Theft from a Vehicle is a crime of opportunity.
