Prince Albert Police Service report from December 4th at 7:00p.m. to Monday December 7th at 7:00a.m. Police responded to 248 calls for service.
Police arrested 33 people during that time, of those 13 were for being intoxicated in a public place.

Police conducted a vehicle stop after police (off duty officer) observed drugs in a motor vehicle.
Police seized 20.8 grams of what is believed to be the drug “Ecstasy”.
Charged with Possession for the Purpose 5.2 CDSA are Devin Depeel 1990-Mar-16 and Carlene Custer 1990-Oct-12 both have made their first appearance in court on Monday December 7th 2009.
Both have been released and are to appear in court on Dec 17th at 1:30p.m.

Police responded to an Aggravated Assault in the 300blk of 22nd Street West. In the incident a 16 year old female was struck with a hammer. Marty Pritchard 1975-Jan-26 has been arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault. Pritchard has been released and will be making his next court appearance on Dec 10th at 1:30p.m.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
With the COLD WEATHER Police are asking the driving public to be aware of leaving running vehicles unlocked while warming up. Please take the time to lock your vehicle to prevent the THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
 
 
Christmas Season is upon us and police are reminding the public to ensure that while articles are left in vehicle to leave them out of sight. Take the time to prevent Theft from Motor Vehicles. This is a crime of opportunity that occurs when criminals see items in vehicles and make that decision to steal from the motor vehicle. This causes the owner unnecessary stress at this time of year.
 
People leaving for the Christmas Holidays always make sure someone is checking your place of residence to ensure your belongings and residence are secure.
 
 
During the Festive Season, Prince Albert City Police and Prince Albert RCMP are warning drivers not to Drink and Drive. Police will be conducting checks during the next few weeks to prevent Drinking and Driving. Drivers take the warnings DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE at this time of year or any other time of the year.
