Prince Albert Police Service 2010-1227 Aggravated Assault

Prince Albert Police report that on January 10th 2010 in the 1200 blk of 15th Street West police responded to a call in which a person was down and unconscious.
The victim was taken to Victoria Hospital and was later transferred to Saskatoon University Hospital in serious condition. The victim is now listed as being in stable condition.
On January 13th 2010 police arrested a male youth 1992-11-11 in relation to this Aggravated assault.
The male has been charged with Aggravated Assault; Breach of Conditional Sentence Order x 3; Breach of Probation x 6:
The accused will be appearing in Provincial Court on Thursday January 14th 2010 in court room #2 at 10:00a.m.
