In reference to this file Police arrested Albert Craig Sommerfeld dob: 1986-08-31. He was charged with Impaired Driving, Exceed .08, Leave the Scene of an Accident, Break and Enter, Operate an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Drive While Disqualified.
The accused appeared in court on Monday January 25th 2010.

Police have responded to 46 cases of Wilful Damage since the beginning of January. In comparing this to last year during the same time Police responded to 59 calls of the same nature.

On Monday January 25th Police attended to the 1200 blk of River Street East at approx. 1:00p.m. to a report of a body in the snow.
27 year old Justin Ernest Gardiner dob 1982-June-16 was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are investigating this incident and at this time foul play is not suspected.
Over the weekend police responded to 6 accidents. Drivers are asked to allow more time with the snow that remains on the streets. City crews are working to remove the snow from the residential streets, please have some patients. Drivers are asked to drive with extra caution when snow removal equipment is working.
