A couple of quick file updates, to ensure all media outlets (and the website) are updated:

 

This was the incident where the SWAT team was deployed due to the firearm (that turned out to be the replica paintball gun) being pointed at the door-to-door vendor. The accused in this matter, 23 year-old Michael DYCK of Prince Albert has made his first appearance in Court. He has been released on an Undertaking, and is scheduled to appear again on March 10^th at 1:30pm

 

This is the Valentine’s Day armed robbery, the one in which an arrest has been made. 36-year old Cyrus MERASTY of Prince Albert made his first Court appearance today, and has been remanded in custody. He is scheduled to appear again in Provincial Court March 3^rd at 10:00am.

 

There will be no further updates on the court status of these individuals. Further information can be obtained from the Provincial Court House in Prince Albert after the next scheduled appearance of these individuals.
