Prince Albert Police Service advises that on Saturday April 10th 2010, 3 additional person(s) were arrested in relation to the homicide investigation from April 8th 2010.
Shellbrooke RCMP, Prince Albert CFSEU and the Prince Albert Criminal Investigation Division arrested the 3 subjects without incident on the Mistiwasis First Nations Reserve.
Prince Albert Police Service has charged 4 male person(s) in relation to this homicide investigation, they are aged 33, 29, 28 and a young offender aged 15 years old.
All are charged with Second Degree murder.
Police are releasing the victims name in this incident, found deceased at the scene was 35 year old Virgil Pelletier.
All subjects will be appearing in court on Monday April 12th 2010.

On April 7th at approx. 3:00pm police responded to an Assault Causing Bodily Harm. The victim in this incident was Virgil Pelletier. Pelletier received injuries sustained from being hit with a blunt object.
2 person(s) have been charged in relation to this incident with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and will be appearing in court on Monday April 11th 2010.
Prince Albert Police have nothing further to release in relation to either of these incidents. The next update maybe conducted at the weekly press conference on Tuesday April 13th 2010.
