Prince Albert City Police are asking the assistance of the public in locating Richard Thomas Hastings.

Hastings is wanted for Escape Lawful Custody from the CTR (Community Training Residence) a facility of the Prince Albert Correctional Center.

Hastings was about to be returned to the Prince Albert Correctional Center and walked away from the CTR.

Hastings was serving time on Property Related Offences.

Hastings is described as 6’ tall, 180lbs, Brown Eyes Glasses, Brown Hair in a pony tail.

DOB: 1962-04-09 Was last seen wearing Shorts, White shirt.
