On June 24^th, 2009 His Honor Judge Harradence found JTS Holdings Ltd. guilty of 25 charges of suffering or permitting unlawful parking on the lands civically described  as 214 14^th St. West, Prince Albert Saskatchewan. This is commonly known as the parking lot located immediately west of the Belly Up Pub & Grill.

 

As a result of this decision the Prince Albert Police Service/Bylaw Enforcement Unit have and will continue to enforce the Bylaws of The City of Prince Albert as they relate to parking in this area.

 

Signage is currently in place governing parking.
