Prince Albert Police Service responded to 331 calls for service from 7:00p.m. Friday October 9th to 7:00a.m. Tuesday October 13th 2009.     
 
Police arrested 62 people, of those 27 were arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
 
On October 12th at approximately 10:00pm police arrested Lyle Wayne Michel 1988-12-30 for Impaired Driving and Exceed .08, Michel appeared in Provincial Court on Tuesday October 13th 2009.
 
On October 13th at approximately 5:00a.m. police arrested a 23 year male from Prince Albert for Theft of Motor Vehicle and Impaired Driving and Exceed .08. Accused will be appearing in court on November 3rd 2009.
 
On Sunday October 11th 2009 Police arrested a Mark James Toutsaint 1985-02-17 in relation to an incident in which the subject was charged with Assault with a Weapon Sec 267(a) and Pointing a Firearm Sec 87 (1) subject appeared in Provincial Court on Tuesday October 13th 2009.

1) 09-19537   Courtney BIRD   DOB: 1994-01-21 (15 years old)
  • Courtney has an extensive history of being reported as a missing person. Courtney has been missing since June 28th/2009
  • She has been seen in the downtown area of Prince Albert, and has been avoiding contact with authorities
  • Courtney is described as 5’3”, 95 pounds, brown eyes and short brown hair

2) 09-23503   Jonathon Roy McADAM   DOB: 1993-07-21 (16 yrs old)
  • Jonathon was reported missing to the City Police on July 29th/2009
  • McADAM may be living with friends or relatives in Prince Albert or in the area of Prince Albert
  • NO PHOTO AVAILABLE
 
The primary goal of the Prince Albert Police Service is to determine the safety and well being of these individuals. Please call the PA Police at 953-4222 if you have information as to the whereabouts of these individuals.
