On December 5, 2017 at approximately 7:45 p.m. patrol members were dispatched to 700 Block 12 Street West on a complaint of suspicious activity coming and going from the residence.

When officers arrived they found a vehicle running in the driveway with three occupants inside. One of the occupants was known to police and was in breach of probation. All three were arrested and a backpack was seized from the vehicle containing a .22 calibre rifle.

A 43-year-old male and 43-year-old female are charged with numerous firearms offenses. A 28-year-old male is charged with numerous firearms offenses as well as being at large of his recognizance to not possess firearms or ammunition and breach of probation to not possess firearms. All three suspects are from Prince Albert (Information #s 991033844, 991033841, 991033845).

The suspects will answer to charges in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
