On November 13, 2018 at approximately 10:45 a.m. this morning, a male suspect stole a Fed-Ex van parked on the 1400 Block of Central Avenue. A delivery driver was unloading the vehicle when a male suspect took control of the van and sped off. Police followed the van until it reached the Hazeldell area. Patrol officers were kept busy responding to 204 calls for service between Friday night and Monday morning. Officers made 22 arrests. The top two calls for service were for intoxicated persons (15) and disturbances (20).
