File 2019-40362 - Assault Police have charged three youths with assault following an incident Tuesday evening. Police were called to the area of Smiley Drive for a complaint of a disturbance shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday. A 25-year-old man reported he was punched and kicked by three youths. Three boys, aged 13, 14, and 15 are each charged with one count of assault in relation to this incident.
