File 1980-16095 – Prince Albert Police are appealing to the public for help in locating Robert “Bud” Wiggins, who has been missing for 40 years. Mr. Wiggins disappeared July 28, 1980 at the age of 29. Mr. Wiggins was last seen in the Prince Albert area.
