File 2020-14498  Two people are facing charges following an investigation by the Street Enforcement Team (SET) overnight. A 27-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man are both facing drug-related charges and a charge of possession of the proceeds of crime after police conducted a vehicle stop in the 100 Block of 15th Street East around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. File 2020-14154  Police were dispatched to a business in the 800 Block of 15th Street East Tuesday morning for a report of a woman acting in a threatening manner. The woman posed a risk to herself and the public and was armed with several needles.
