Prince Albert Police responded to 131 calls between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.

File 2019-16128- Home Invasion

Officers were called to a complaint of a home invasion in the 100 Block of 21 St. W. just before 2 a.m. Thursday. The residents told police multiple people entered the home with firearms. A TV and cell phone were taken. An arrest warrant has been issued for one woman in connection with the incident and police continue to investigate.

File 2019-16127- Routine Patrol Leads to Drug Seizure

Officers on routine patrol stopped a vehicle in the 400 Block of 15th St. W. just before 1 a.m. Thursday. Police issued a ticket to the female driver on violations under the Traffic Safety Act. A female passenger was arrested for having outstanding criminal code warrants. After further investigation, 9.9 grams of methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia were located. A 26-year old woman is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in relation to this incident and made her first court appearance in Prince Albert Thursday morning. File 2019-16065- Aggravated Assault

Officers responded to a complaint involving a stabbing Wednesday afternoon. The incident happened in the 1400 Block of Central Avenue around 4:15 p.m. A 29-year-old man was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. Further investigation revealed the suspect and victim are known to each other. Police continue to investigate.
